Product Name: UDP-Glucose
Synonyms: UDP-Glc
******BioChemSyn have the ability to offer this product up to Kg scale. ******
UDP-glucose is a nucleotide sugar. It is involved in glycosyltransferase reactions in metabolism. It is a precursor of glycogen and can be converted into UDP-galactose and UDP-glucuronic acid, which can then be used as substrates by the enzymes that make polysaccharides containing galactose and glucuronic acid. UDP-glucose can also be used as a precursor of sucrose lipopolysaccharides, and glycosphingolipids.
BioChemSyn offer kinds of common sugar nucleotides, rare sugar nucleotides, unnatural sugar nucleotides, rare sugars and their derivatives.
Such as:
UDP-N-acetylglucosamine UDP-GlcNAc
UDP-N-acetylgalactosamine UDP-GalNAc
GDP-Fucose GDP-Fuc
CMP-N-acetylneuraminic acid CMP-Neu5Ac
CMP-N-glycolylneuraminic acid CMP-Neu5Gc
Uridine 5’-diphopho-N-acetylazidoglucosamine disodium salt UDP-GlcNAz
